How is it Done:

The Breast Implants India is surgically placed in a pocket located inside the breast, either behind the breast tissue or the breast muscle (pectoral muscle). There are several ways in which a Breast Lift Augmentation implant can be inserted. The most common method is through an incision just under the breast in the crease where the breast meets the chest wall. This is called an inframammary incision. The incision scar is well hidden in the skin fold or bra line. The implant may also be inserted through the nipple and areola (periareolar incision), or through an incision in the armpit.

Breast Implant

Breast implants are high-quality medical devices made of silicone which is a biocompatible material that is used for many years in medicine. It is also used in artificial joint replacements, cardiac pacemakers, and syringes, in addition to hundreds of products that we come into contact with every day, including food, plastic products, clothing and even the furniture we sit on. Silicone is the best material because it is the least reactive, soft and durable. Long years of research and usage has proved them to be safe.

There is no evidence that breast augmentation bears any relationship to breast Cancer. All breast implants are not alike. You can choose.

FAQ

It is safe to have Breast Augmentation with Silicon Breast implants after 18 years of age.
Silicon breast implants are made of high-grade silicon polymer which is very compatible with the human body. Silicon breast implants are in use since 1960s and due to constant technological updates latest implants are very safe.
Implants can stay lifelong without causing any problems. Sometimes implants need to be changed after 10-15 years if there is leakage or implant failure.
Silicon gel implants are made of Solid silicon outer shell and are filled with cohesive gel. Due to wear and tear over years thus outer shell may become weak and inner gel may protrude out. Older implants used to have thinner gel, and that leaked around the breast tissue. The modern cohesive gel is like pudding and does not run like liquid. The body forms a capsule around the implant. In the case of leakage, gel stays inside the capsule and can be removed easily without any spread in the breast or body.
No, implants don’t have an expiry date, and they need not be changed if there is no problem. The usual life span of the implant is 10-15 years, but they can last much longer.
Breast implant is a safe procedure, but every surgery carries some risk. Hematoma, Seroma and Infection are some of the problems that can happen after surgery. Further treatment and surgery may be required to correct these complications. The scar can be prominent in some people and may require some treatment. In long term implant, leakage and capsular contracture may happen in some cases.
Body naturally forms a protective covering called capsule around the breast implant. Sometimes capsule can become thick and hard making breasts feel firmer than usual. This is called capsular contracture. Capsular contracture can also cause pain and loss of shape. Capsular contracture is treatable by surgery.
It is safe to not increase the breast size too drastically. The increase of one or two cup sizes is safe. Putting too big an implant may over stretch the skin and breast tissue and can look unnatural. Your doctor will recommend the safe implant size after examining you.
Implant size depends on a lot of factors. Like your height and weight, existing breast tissue, skin fold thickness on the breast and width of chest. During consultation with Dr Priti Shukla, you can show her pictures of models whose breast size is close to what you expect. The doctor will be able to tell you if that is safe for you.
Yes, breast implants do not interfere with breastfeeding, and you can safely do so.
Yes, breasts will look and feel very natural if implant of the right size and quality is used.
Usually women are very satisfied with breast implants. But if you don’t like implants you can have them removed with a simple surgery.
