Buttocks Too Big
Buttocks should be in proportion with rest of the body. Ideal buttocks have fat at the right places, distributed aesthetically. There is often excess fat deposit in the buttocks, which is a genetic feature. Fat may be deposited in areas around the buttocks like in hips and lower back, adding to the problem. Liposuction can reduce the size as well as can shape the buttocks.
Buttocks Too Small
Buttocks should be proportion with the rest of the body and neither too small nor too big. Brazilian style rounded buttocks are in vogue. Buttocks can be enlarged and shaped by liposculpture.
Attractive buttocks are well rounded and firm. In side view, the maximum prominence should be in the mid buttock area. Flat and sagging buttocks may be due to a wrong distribution of fat or because of massive weight loss, bariatric surgery or excessive liposuction .
Saddle bags are side bulges on the hips. They are unrelated to obesity and can happen in otherwise thin women. Saddle bags make the hips too wide and figure unattractive. Saddlebags can be removed by liposuction.
